Therapy for people who look fine and feel anything but.
Steady, practical support for anxiety, burnout and the relationships that wear you down. Sessions online or in a quiet office in Portland.

Is this you?
You keep everything running. Lately it costs more than it used to.
You replay conversations at night and rehearse the ones coming tomorrow.
Rest feels like something you have to earn first.
People call you the calm one, and you are exhausted from playing it.
You want to stop reacting and start choosing how you respond.

Anxiety and overthinking

02 Individual
Burnout and transitions
Untangle what drained you, set limits that hold, and decide what the next chapter asks of you.
03 Couples
Couples counseling
Gottman-informed sessions for partners stuck in the same argument, looking for a calmer way back to each other.
04 Trauma
EMDR therapy
A structured way to process memories that still feel present, so they can finally settle into the past.

My sessions are warm, direct and practical. You will leave each one with something to try, not just something to think about.
